- Melt baking chocolate in a bowl over boiling water, or using a double boiler and stay away from the microwave. It can really dry out and change the flavour of your chocolate.
- Bake chocolate desserts in a moderate oven – 350F or less. I like to take a little longer time to bake to make sure my cakes, cookies and pies don’t dry out.
- Use cake mixes whenever you wish for a starting point. We share some great cake mix hacks to show you how!
