Best Cinnamon Roll Desserts for Cozy Baking

Remember when it felt like we were putting cinnamon rolls into absolutely everythingโ€ฆ and honestly, Iโ€™m still not over it.

Some of these recipes came from those years when every potluck, brunch table, and church gathering seemed to have a cinnamon roll bake somewhere in the middle of it all. And you know what? Theyโ€™re still cozy, comforting, and really good.

From cinnamon roll apple cobbler to Dutch apple pie with a cinnamon roll crust, these are the recipes you make when you want something simple, sweet, and just a little nostalgic.

Apple Pie Cinnamon Roll Bake

This is just the easiest recipe and I know you will love it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 can Apple Pie Filling
  • 1/2 chopped pecans (or walnuts if you prefer)

That’s it!

Instructions:

This recipe feeds a crowd and why it’s so perfect for that family brunch, or to take to a church event.

  • Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish.
  • Cut the cinnamon roll slices into quarters and place them in a large bowl,
  • Spoon in the apple pie filling
  • Add the pecans
  • Stir until blended, just lightly though.
  • Spoon the cinnamon roll mixture in the sprayed baking pan and bake at 350F/180C for about 35-40 minutes. Your bake should be soft, but golden.

Let cool for about 5 minutes and then drizzle on the frosting that comes in the can with cinnamon rolls.
