Easy No Bake Lemon Tart Recipe

A delicious lemon tart recipe, with just a few ingredients you can make a day or two ahead. Perfect for summer entertaining and any time at all!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 35% MF
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a small bowl
  • Place the crumb mixture into the tart pan and press firmly in place using the bottom of a glass (as shown in the video)
  • Set the tart pan aside
  • Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to a medium sized bowl
  • Pour in the heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Add the vanilla, and mix well.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
  • Garnish with whipped cream
