Easy No Bake Lemon Tart Recipe

This no bake lemon tart is creamy, bright, andmade with just 5 ingredients — no oven required! A buttery graham crackercrust, silky lemon filling, and a cloud of whipped cream. Perfect for summerentertaining, tea time, or any time you need a make-ahead dessert thatimpresses. Chill overnight for the cleanest slices.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice fresh, (about 2 large lemons — do not use bottled)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 35% MF
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a small bowl
  • Place the crumb mixture into the 9" tart pan and press firmly in place using the bottom of a glass (as shown in the video) Press firmly using the flat bottom of a glass,especially up the sides. A well-packed crust won’t crumble when you slice.
  • Set the tart pan in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
  • Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to a medium sized bowl
  • Pour in the heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Add the vanilla, and mix well. Mix on medium speed or by hand until thick andwell combined — about 1–2 minutes. The mixture will thicken slightly as thelemon juice reacts with the cream.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, preferablyovernight. The longer it chills, the cleaner your slices will be.
  • Garnish with whipped cream
