Ingredients

Box Brownie Mix
4

cream cheese
1/2
cup
unsalted butter
1 1/2
cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2
cup
peanut butter chips
1
large egg
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F/180C
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and place it close by
Using a large bowl of a stand mixer, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth
Add the egg and continue mixing on medium speed until blended
Set electric mixer speed to low and add in brownie mix until it looks like a thick dough.
Add the semi-sweet and white chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookie dough with a large spoon or cookie scoop, onto the lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.*See note below.
Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for five minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Store in an airtight container or freeze for up to three months.
