A yummy and easy to bake apple dessert that will get rave reviews. The bisquick topping baked golden brown and the entire dessert is so easy to make! Adapted from a popular Betty Crocker recipe!

In a medium bowl mix the bisquick, brown sugar, butter and macadamia nuts
Prepare the gala and granny smith apples and place apples in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish
Sprinkle the cinnamon on the apples
Evenly top with the dried apricots
Sprinkle all of the bisquick mixture over the top, filling all the corners too!
Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minute or until the apples are tender. Your cobbler will bubble up at the edges and the topping will be golden brown.
You can keep your Bisquick Apple Cobbler in the refrigerator for about 3 days (if it lasts that long!) or you can freeze it in airtight containers for approximately 3 months.
