Gooey Chocolate Brownies

This gooey chocolate brownies recipe is the best chocolate fudge brownie ever! We use a brownie mix as the base and add lots and lots of chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Place the mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl and mix together using an electric mixer.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a greased 8 X 8 square brownie tin and the bake time is at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven to cool.
  • Cut into squares and serve with your favorite ice cream and add a generous drizzle the chocolate sauce over all.  How much you use is up to you!
