Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
Chocolate, Walnuts and Grand Marnier combine to make a decadent pie that tasted like a warm chocolate chip cookie!

- 1 pie crust 10" deep dish, unbaked, chilled for 1/2 hour
- 3 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 6 tbsp butter melted & cooled
- 2 tbsp. orange liqueur
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Combine the eggs, sugar, butter and liqueur and stirring lightly until blended
Stir in the flour
Add the chocolate chips and walnuts
Stir all to combine well
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake in the bottom third of a preheated oven at 350F/180C for one hour or until a knife comes out clean.
Chill 4 hours before serving (or overnight)
To warm, place in the oven at 375F for 10 minutes.
Garnish with real whipped cream and hot fudge sauce!
