SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE
Dark Brown Sugar
Almond Flavoured Liqueur
Cook all ingredients over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add liqueur. Cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
Bring ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
Cook strawberries, then strain into a cup, add water. Bring sugar, cornstarch, and juice to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in the strawberries.
