Peach Cobbler Pound Cake

A delicious and decadent pound cake with cream cheese that has a cobbler topping. Just look at those peaches and brown sugar! Oh and don't forget to add some caramel sauce. 

INGREDIENTS

All Purpose Flour

Sugar

Eggs

Cream Cheese

Vanilla Extract

CAKE

TOPPING

Peaches

Brown Sugar

Butter

PREPARE

Spray your bundt pan. Place the slices of peaches in the bottom of the pan and cover with the brown sugar and butter mixture.

CAKE BATTER

Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add eggs and mix the ingredients together well. Fold in the chopped peaches.

BAKE

Spoon the cake batter evenly over the peaches in the bundt pan. Bake at  300 degrees until cake is golden brown.

COOL & SERVE

Invert the cake on your favorite cake plate once it’s completely cool. Slice, serve, & ENJOY!
