• Head of Green Cabbage • Carrots • Onions • Sugar • Mayonnaise • Paprika • Salt • Pepper
Cut the cabbage into chunks and shred in your food processor – but pulse only, so that you get a coarse grind.
Chop the onion and carrots finely in the food processor and place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl,
Mix everything together. Sprinkle with paprika and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
It's always great with outdoor BBQ, smoked meat and our slow cooker pulled pork.
