INGREDIENTS

Cake Mix

Lemon Pudding Mix

Eggs

Sour Cream

Milk

Lemon Juice

Beat cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, milk, and lemon juice for 2 minutes. Pour into the loaf pan.

Bake for about 50 minutes. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Then cool completely on a wire rack.

Beat confectioners' sugar and lemon juice together until smooth, spread thickly over the top of the loaf and let it set.
