Peach Cobbler

CLASSIC

If you’re a fan of juicy, sweet peaches, you’re in luck. This delicious classic peach cobbler is made with fresh peach slices to make the perfect dessert.

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Peaches

Cinnamon

Lemon Juice

Cornstarch

All Purpose Flour

Unsalted Butter

BAKE PEACHES

Combine peaches, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix to coat the peaches evenly. Bake for about 10 minutes at 425F/220C.

MIX

Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter and blend together. The mixture will look like small peas, or coarse pie crust.  Stir in the water just until combined, but don’t over mix.

BAKE COBBLER

Remove peaches from the oven, and drop spoonfuls of the flour mixture over them. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 425F/220C 25 to 30 minutes.

SERVE

Let cool until just warm and serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! ENJOY!
