Banana Muffins


Our Paleo Banana Muffin Recipe is so good you won’t believe how healthy it really is. It’s moist, and chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness and spice.


• Bananas • Almond Flour • Baking Soda • Cinnamon • Vanilla • Coconut Oil • Eggs • Raw Honey • Walnuts • Salt


Mix up all the dry ingredients. Mush up the banana, add the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, and honey. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, but do it by hand.

Stir in the chopped walnuts, but keep some to sprinkle on top before baking. Pour into a greased muffin tin.


Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
