Maple Fudge Toffee Bars

Are these homemade Maple Fudge Toffee Bars candy or cookie bars? Well that’s up to you to decide!  An easy no-bake recipe that has a delicious chocolaty toffee base, smothered in creamy maple fudge.  Want some?


• Butter • Cocoa • Brown Sugar • Eggs • Coconut Flakes • Vanilla Walnuts • Graham Cracker Crumbs

FUDGE ICING • Butter • Brown Sugar • Milk • Maple Syrup • Confectioner's Sugar

MAKE base

Bring butter, cocoa, water, sugar and eggs to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in remaining ingredients. Press into a pan, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Melt butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Add milk and maple syrup and bring to a boil.


Then let it cool until lukewarm. Stir in the icing sugar and frost the base. Refrigerate until it's set.


I love this simple no-bake recipe for its out of this world sweetness and that I can make it on the stovetop. That’s a keeper for trailer life.
