Combine cake mix, eggs, lemon zest and oil together and blend well with a hand mixer.
Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan, making sure it is spread evenly. Bake for 18-25 minutes. Brownies should be a bit chewy and gooey in the center.
Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice together and apply the glaze to the top of the brownies.
Then cut into about 12 individual lemon bars. Serve & Enjoy!
