The ultimate muffin recipe 

PALEO BANANA MUFFINS 

INGREDIENTS

– 2 bananas, ripe – 1 1/2 cups almond flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1/4 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp vanilla – Pinch of salt – 2 eggs, whisked (at room temperature – 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled – 3 tbs raw honey – 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Mix the ingredients

Mix the dry ingredients & wet ingredients in separate bowls, then carefully blend the dry into the wet, being careful not to overstir.

Fill muffin cups & Bake @ 350F/180C

Grease your muffin tin and fill the muffin cups (about 2/3 full) and bake for 20 minutes.
