Crush the pretzels and mix in melted butter and sugar. Press into an even layer on the bottom of a pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow it to come to room temperature.
Combine the jello and boiling water, mix well until the jello has dissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy, then fold in the cool whip.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled-down crust. Pour the jello over and place sliced strawberries on top in an even layer. Refrigerate to fully set.
