FILLING • Ricotta • Butter • Onion • Garlic • Green Pepper • Ground Beef • Tomatoes • Tomato Paste • Mozzarella Cheese
Combine all the crust ingredients and spread over the bottom of a prepared mini pie tin to form a crust. Then spread ricotta cheese over the crust.
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Add beef, tomatoes, and tomato paste and cook until thickened and cooked through, stirring often.
Spoon beef mixture over cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
