• Unsalted Butter • Sugar • Egg • Vanilla • Flour • Brown Sugar • Cornstarch • Cream of Tartar • Baking Powder • Cinnamon • Cream Cheese • Powdered Sugar
Cream the butter and sugars, add in egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add flour, cornstarch, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mix until the mixture is crumbly but presses together. Divide the cookie dough into 9 equal size balls. Roll in a cinnamon and sugar mixture to coat.
Place each dough ball on a baking sheet and flatten to about ¾ of an inch thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Then slowly add in powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag.
Starting in the center of the cookie, pipe a continuous spiral of frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish. ENJOY!
