Sugar Cookie Pie Crust

Semi-sweet Chocolate

Whipping Cream

Sour Cream

Egg Yolks



Cream sugar and butter until light. Beat in flour, salt, milk and vanilla, until mixture is moist and crumbly.


Melt the chocolate and whipping cream, stir in sour cream. Add egg yolks one at a time and fold in raspberries.


Bake sugar cookie pie crust for 15 minutes. Pour chocolate mixture into the crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes.


Scatter remaining raspberries on top. Garnish with fresh mint Serve and ENJOY!
