Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Then mix with wet mixture until just blended.
Fold in blueberries; spoon 1/2 of the batter into a baking pan. Then combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter and spoon the remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with more sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Drizzle with glaze or dust with confectioners' sugar.
