The yummiest peanut butter cookie recipe that doesn't use brown sugar. A classic cookie that melts in your mouth.

INGREDIENTS

Mix the sugar and butter together until creamy. Add in the egg, peanut butter and vanilla.

Sift the all purpose flour, and add in the baking soda and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.

make biscuits

Drop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet with a cookie scoop. Press down with a fork creating a cross hatch pattern.

bake

Sprinkle with a small amount of white sugar before they go into the oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
